I have given all of my Proraso away to newbies or at least I thought I had. While on travel this week I found some that I had put into a small container with a screw on lid. When I saw it this morning I thought hey why not. I forgot how easy this stuff explodes with lather and how nice the menthol is. I will have to get more before summer for sure.

Can anyone give me a run down as to what each of the Proraso's smell like? I have heard so much good about them that it has me wanting to try at least one of them.
Proraso is the only cream made, that I have tried, and actually liked. Usually I am all soaps but this stuff is fantastic.
The green is like a methol type smell.
The red is a manly sandlewood scent.
Blue I haven't tried.
The green sure whips up easily. Only negative is that usually a white film is left in my bowl after using it.

I only have the green and white tubs..
The white is my go-to, and have serious trouble using anything else. The smell is a very clean soap smell, with a tiny bit of menthol, so little that it's hard to catch it. The scent is similar to an Ivory bar, but a tiny bit nicer. I'd say a little bit of wood-type smell is also present, cedar maybe?
The green is very similar but much stronger in menthol as that is it's trademark.
Just ordered a tube of the green for 20% off. Details of this 20% coupon are in the vendor thread. The green sounds like it may be best for me, though the blue sounds like it could be really nice on the face.

Proraso is effective, cheap, high performing and easy to use. What's not to love?
Hold on for the soap! It's avail in Italy for now.
Green= Eucalyptus/menthol
Red= Unique clean,earthy Sandalwood
Blue= (From what I have heard) Light Anise (Licorice)
White= I couldn't tell you and I have the stuff Kinda sweet, Fresh Soapy, clean maybe

I think I would subconsciously like Proraso more if it cost more. Deep down it bothers me that a top performer is so cheap and so available. Not a huge fan of the green scent - but the red and blue fixed that issue. Great stuff - will be a permanent fixture in my shave den.
