So my dad came down today for a family gathering today, I had been telling him about my DE collection, and he had given me his 66 slim (which has now been replated, I showed it to him, he lit up a bit)
Anyway, he started asking me if I had any M3 handles, as he had all but switched to Fusion carts,and wanted to go back to M3; I had a few lying around, and I went to retrieve them for him.
I brought them back along with one of my Super Speeds (56 or 58 TV special), along with a new pack of Gillette Blacks, I said try it (again after a long hiatus) and if you dont like it, give it back to me...
He started telling me how back in the mid fifties when he first started shaving, he used to make his Dad go get each new Gillette every time he saw one come new during his favorite sports shows or the yearly World Series related release (I assume these were all TV specials)...we got a good chuckle
Lets hope the M3 handles stay away, and I send Dad more blades!
