DA WIFE just...

... shaved her legs with a Feather Portable loaded with a Feather blade...

her exact words...

"pretty damn smooth!"

She's officially converted:thumbup:

I guess I should get some Lady Cremo for her now.

I've been trying to convert my wife from Bic disposables but she's saying they're "good enough" and less hassle. I thought she at least would have liked the looks of the Starburst Gillette but seems I was wrong.

Once she got the angle worked out, she was really motoring along. I'd say shaving legs with a DE is much easier than shaving a face.

Dang it !!

That is exactly what my wife says about her disposable, so I bought a Starburst.

I am going to spring it on her as part of a "Spa" treatment. I sure hope I get a better reaction

My gf shaves with 2 different electrics: 1 for her face, and 1 for her legs/underarms. I asked her if I got her a DE, some blades, and some soap, would she try it. She said no. She is embarrassed by the facial hair thing. Being female myself, and pretty much open about most things, I don't really have a problem talking to others about having to shave my face. Some have a strange reaction, but oh well. I'm still trying to figure out a way to get her to try it, or to let me shave her at some point. I don't know if it's the "she might cut herself" thing, or if it's the psychological aspect of women are not supposed to have facial hair, and she wants to get it over with quickly. Or both. I personally spend far less time shaving with my DE than she does with her electric. :001_rolle
