Cutting one's own hair

Hello everyone,

Are there people here who cut their own hair? If so, what equipment do you have? How much have you spent on said equipment? What are the pros and cons you can think of to cutting one's own hair?

I use a set of body trimmers but could use clipper could cost up to 100 bucks pros one time investment cons crew cut is pretty much you only option, unless your good, you could also miss spots I get the wife to do a pass aswell to be sure I got it all.
