I've been meaning to post pics of the items I picked up before Christmas from the Hobbyist forum, so here goes.
The two brushes were made by Deruitem. They are both hand made handles with the softest silvertip knots I've used. The shorter one with the black "chubby" handle is my favorite. The pic doesn't really show the gold flakes in the black handle, which is why I like it so much, being a Steeler fan and all!
The straight was made by Seraphim and is a masterpiece! The detail on the spine of this razor is exceptional and the thumb notch makes it very comfortable to hold. It is a very handsome piece, and if I didn't enjoy shaving with it so much it would be in a display case.
These two guys were a pleasure to deal with and both make very fine products. I'm sure I'll be contacting both of them in the future. Bravo Gentlemen!
