Complete and utter junk, I am, however, the official B&B junk disposer.

I had to have it, never seen a Fili with the Filarmonica and Jose Monserrat Pou on the back of the spine.

oh and I've noticed that quite often the edge of the blade near the honed edge is a little rougher than the rest on fillies - any idea why?

True. I think most do have a rougher grind near the edge. I would guess it's just left over from the grinding process and the Filis being so hollow, not much "clean up" is done after.
I have information, it's one of those junky #14 blades by some spanish guy I think and they're one of the razors to watch out for, like gold dollars they need to be modified to hone them properly and i'm the only one that has the tools, send it to me.

I'm considering buying a camper and parking it in the PO parking lot just for reasons like this.
