Crop/Rotate Pix?

I occasionally want to rotate a picture I'm uploading. Rarely cropping. Usually I crop in the camera.

I looked for a set of "rotate image" arrows but didn't find them. Is that available, above my "pay grade" or if it's not there can it be added?

Doesn't really bother me to post things upside down or sideways, but I would like to know!

If you upload your image to a gallery, either Main or one you create, you can then edit it, with options to rotate, crop and a few others in the toolbar:
