Cremo shave cream. FREE

I was at my local Meijer grocery today and saw this product with a mail in rebate to refund the purchase making this free.
I don't know if there are any reviews on Cremo. Or if it's any good. I figured it was worth a try for free.
Initial cost was $7.
I'm interested to see if anyone has tried this.
Anyway check it out. This is a new product to my store and have never seen at any other store. It may be new to the market.

I just checked the boards and there are some pretty positive reviews dating back about 4 years.
Sounds like its a brushless cream.

Yes, it is a brushless cream, though that doesn't keep some folks from attempting to create a lather with it.

I bought some a while ago and gave it a try, finding out that brushless isn't my cup of tea, and stopped using it.

Free, even after a MIR, is always a good reason to give something a try, though.

Yes, exactly.

I've used Cremo before, and it is a really slick product. I didn't care for the smell though, but when time is short its a nice product to apply with your fingers and then going right into the shave.

I use it, with a brush. It is very slik, and I like the orange scent. And they do send the rebate pretty quickly. Win!

I gave it a shot a few months ago. Even though it is brushless, I use it with a brush. The scent isn't bad, and the shave is simply "alright". Doesn't give the greatest protection but my face feels good and moisturized after the shave . For free it's great, don't think I would actually buy it again though.

When I tried it, my rebate took a long time to show up, past the 6 weeks (or whatever it says to contact them if it is past x days), and I called them to ask about it, and they said they were overwhelmed with the number of rebates (Likely from B&B), and that mine was put to the top of the pile for the next round of rebates. Even if the product isn't the best, the customer service helps make up for it. And, the scent is fantastic.

I have used and have a couple tubes of it. I would compare it to dermologica's shaving cream. It is almost identical and funny enough their packaging resembles theirs as well. White container with red cap... HHHMMM!! They also have a very comparable facial moisturizer as well. The only difference I have noticed between the products is $$,also the facial moisturizer does not have spf where Dermologica's does. Why pay more when you are getting the same stuff?

In my opinion, Cremo products are fantastic (of the ones I have used) and very well priced. Since I am now starting to use brush creams and soaps my other products will take a back seat until the day comes that I am running a little behind and need every available minute.

I took advantage of that offer last year and I think its a decent product. I was at Walmart last week and they were selling it for $ 3.79 a tube and it had a 50 cent off coupon on it.

I use it a s pre-shave and it is great for that. Got a free tube and some coupons to share with friends. This seems like a decent startup and I really hope they do well.

Now that is pretty cool. I will have to try that as I have been deciding on getting some pre-shave. Guess this will be a good way to figure if its something I want to buy or not.

Cremo works really well for me. It always leaves my face feeling smooth and non irritated. I use a brush with it and I like how slick it is, it makes the atg pass easy and comfortable. I bought mine in July with the 75 cent rebate and the try it free coupon. You can't beat that deal.

Cremo has a decent smell, but it didn't work so well for me. It didn't stay wet very long and I had to add water afew times throughout the shave. I'm happier with a fat soap and a brush.

Directions:

This Cream is unique: please read!
Rub skin with the hottest water you can stand for 30 seconds (in shower works best or use a hot towel).
Cremo Cream is highly concentrated and water activated. So, lightly coat skin with an almond-sized squeeze and let plenty of water mix with it. Less is often best.

Shave.

Add water as needed to make & keep it slippery, effective and easy to rinse from razor.

Massage back into skin you want to re-shave. This cream is so effective, most can comfortably shave against the grain for an even closer, longer lasting shave.
