I just tried pour over coffee for the first time and I love the boldness of the coffee. I also tried a little bit of coconut flavored almond milk in my coffee and it's pretty tasty too
Whole milk and sugar. I make a liter of coffee in my press, add approx 3 tbsp of organic sugar, 12 oz. of whole milk (hot or cold, depending on the weather temp) and start guzzling. My next step up in my game is to invest in a ceramic burr grinder. I'm using a steel bladed Braun grinder for Mayorga organic beans I get from Costco.
No Paleo. We eat light and mostly Mediterranean. I get it at Ranch 99 asian food store $1.19, 8.5 fl. oz. Good for about 4-6 cups. And I usually reserve as a treat on weekends. Rest of week just black.
