I'm not much for mixed drinks, or foo-foo anything, but being the holidays...
128 oz Cranberry Juice Cocktail
2 bags of cranberries
2 cups sugar
8 cinnamon sticks
Into the InstaPot for 45 minutes. Could do it on the stove, but the IP keeps all the flavor in, remember the old Smuckers commercials?
After if cools, strain out the berries and cinnamon.
Add 3 cups Everclear
Pour into pint jars, add a cinnamon stick to each.
Not bad on its own, but I prefer it added to ginger ale.
