Craft vs big company’s

Anyone into trying the craft spirts or do you stay with the bigger known companies .? I’ve had nice and really bad from craft company’s..I haven’t had the same with bigger companies..

Depends on the specific company and spirits. There are some really nice craft distilleries making small batch gins, corn mashes and ryes that a like.

Beer? Absolutely.

Spirits? Not so much. My big weakness is single malt scotch... it takes many years in cask to reach the optimum age and I'm not so sure that small, newer companies have the patience to do that. If they are buying someone else's whisky to bottle, I'd rather go to the source.
