You could also use the scales you. Print to make a. Master mould in silicone. And then cast resin in various colours patterns etc... For me this would be the fun part... I already cast resin to make materials for pens and soon will making my own shaving brushes and bowls hopefully... I know a couple of guys who cast knife scales but these are a bit bigger than what you would need I imagine...
