Cotton second pasted with CrOx

Part of the zen with my first best razor calls for the occasional strop on cotton on CrOx. I have a Tony Miller that I have set up for this with a single cotton using a 'D' ring. I am wondering if I can paste the other side with diamond .25 and kick it up a notch without getting green on everything? Or should I just use two separate?

If your strop is pasted "correctly"' it should be just barely green. I think you could spray the other side no prob. If the strop looks like the racing stripe in the Jolly Green Giant's drawers, it might be a problem.:)

I have the Hand American and its not easy to put that on lightly. And that green is like the Jumping Cholla of pastes. There is some contamination on the reverse side. I gave my favorite razor thirty laps on it then fifity linen and 50 novotan. All I can say is wow. It was sharp. I don't think I need the diamond anyway now.
