Link? I didn’t see it.
That’s usually the case.Someone probably just thinks it's a coticule
This was a double dose of unexpected discovery. While rehabilitating after my hip replacement, I been cruising the local internet classified site. Found a bad picture of a stack of stones. Asked for a picture and was a bunch of junk except for a wood box. “What in the box” I ask and received this picture. 1st unexpected discovery

Yeaaaaaaaaaah, I think I will take that. Some negotiations and the package arrived today. Unpacked, looked like a typical 6” stone, not bad, nothing special, I do something with it. Outside to the lapping table we go. Start out and realize it is already very flat, cool, low mileage. Lap I bit more, first rinse, what do we got here??!!?!

Holly Crap On A Cracker! Second unexpected discovery. Glad I stopped, I feel like a goon but had no idea it was there. Double checked the before picture and no sign of a stamp. Unfortunately I can not read anything, but a saved some of the stamp. On a side note, put out in the sun to dry off and it is one of the more sparkly stones I had I a while. The garnet are poking there head up into the Florida sun. Glad to be out of the dark box

Nice score!!
Nice one. All of the old rocks one had in that style box have been really good.I picked up this Barber Size 2x4 inch Old Rock awhile back. Cleaned up a bit, it looks very nice. I haven't had a chance to rub a razor on it yet..
