The link in post #17 above now works. Drugstore.com is showing CHL available as of 2/18/11 and they are taking pre-orders. $3.99/7oz bottle plus S/H.

I remember reading this back a couple months ago.
I'd seen CHL a few times, never really knew what it was for. Didn't pay much attention.
Anyway, was just at Wal getting something for the wife and remembered to look for this.
They were fully stocked. I didn't count but there had to be 12 bottles at least.
Picked one up, I'll have to try it out.
Anyway, just wanted to post if anyone was still wondering...

Our local Wal-mart had it just recently. Maybe I should go buy it all and sell on Ebay. 
There is a product in a tub called Working Hands. Another called Working Feet. They do a great job on calluses and dry skin such as elbows. I can't believe Cornhuskers is gone though!!
Stocked up on several bottles of Cornhuskers skin food weeks ago. It is my go to AS balm. A small dime size amount added with your AS splash of choice. Feels great!
