Is anyone familiar with this system for preserving a bottle of wine? The technology looks good and the NY Times commented favorably but it is rather pricey at about $300.00. For those of us who may drink 1 or 2 glasses a week, it may hold promise.

Get the bottle of nitrogen for $15 bucks and save the cork. Works as well as anything.

I have one of those pump that you put over the bottle of wine and pump the air out. It works well, nothing fancy.

+1. It works nicely. However, a bottle of wine never lasts more than 2 days in my house.
