Considering an order from St. Charles Shave, what products are your favorite?

Since I keep seeing their sandalwood afterhshave and cologne pop up as a fav, was going to place an order.

I know nothing of their products, what are some of the favorites of everyone?

The prices seem amazing, and I am itching to try some new frags, but may as well try their soaps, aftershaves.

Does the aftershave scent last like cologne?

Hi. I personally have used their bay rum balm and their lime extract balm. The balms work great for me and I love the scents! I have several other samples as well, I just have not tried them yet. You will not be disappointed!

I had never herd of them till I saw your post here and I even live IN St. Charles (St Charles is the next county over from ST Louis County)!! I like to shop small local companies when I can so I just ordered a Sandlewood puck and a few samples of some other stuff. Considering that the package doesn’t even have to change post offices, it should be here on Tuesday. I'll report back then.

I love their soaps and their aftershaves. I'm a fan of the lime aftershave in splash and milk, the neroli splash, and the Nutriment aftershave.

All their soaps are wonderful. You just have to pick a scent you like. I have never been disappointed with any of their products.

I have not settled on an order yet, I was trying to do some research on which colognes people generally favored.
Does anyone know of a thread that translates what the cologne smells similar to?

I read that Dagger is similar to a D&G fragrance, and that their sandalwood is ok but better exists, that being said, I was considering new spice as or edt, and maybe Dagger.

New Spice smells really sweet, almost like caramel. My wife liked it on me, but I was allergic to it. Dagger is pretty nice.

I placed my order on Sunday but they just shipped it today (Wed) so I should get it tomorrow. I got one soap and a sample of after shave and a sample balm. I'll let you know how it goes and a quick review.
Sandalwood is such a subjective scent I have found. I have not a clue what "real" sandalwood smells like as all I have to really go off of is TOBS and I know that’s not a "true" sandalwood

Fairway is an awesome scent. Smells like walking past a flower garden on freshly cut grass, like all SCS soaps the performance is stellar.
