My kid brother (by 14 years 
) is moving back to the northeast from Chicago. He just passed his CT state insurance exam and I discovered he is an occasional cigar smoker. So, I figured what better way to celebrate his moving closer to family and starting on a new career path than introducing him to Rosario Cigars.

And, no, my brother is not REALLY tired - he is dealing with the CT pollen that he is unused to and it is throwing his allergies for a loop. We figure eventually he will get used to it and I will definitely get used to having a fellow cigar nut to smoke with.
