Comparing TGN black badger to Tweezerman knot

Fair comparison or not, could someone give us their impressions of a TGN black badger to a Tweezerman knot? Many of us get our start with a Tweezerman pure badger, so I feel it might give us a bit of pre-knowledge when looking to restore a brush. I personally like the tweezerman's scritchiness. I hear the black badger is scritchy, but is it more, less, or similar to the Tweezerman? Is it a reasonable upgrade for those of us who like a scrubby brush but might like the all black knot for restoring brushes?

I dont have a Tweezerman, but I have a TGN and it is in fact very scritchy, but the hairs are softer than the two pure badger brushes I have tried. Its not fully answering your question, but its a start.

here is a tgn 22mm black badger resatore I did. I have not had a tweezerman so I cant compare it to it. I set it a tad lower so It does have some back bone to it. I will say however it is more dense and more backbone than my shea moisture brush and softer too..
