What's new

Coming back after 40 years

Want to introduce myself, I'm Rick living north of Dallas. Last month I came across my old straight razor, which I hadn't touched in 40 + years. Decided to renew my quest for the perfect shave. Bought STIPTICK, stones, strop, and brush and soap. I've been working on the blade for a while, and it's getting close to ready. Yeah, still need the stiptick.

I hoped that someone could help me identify the razor (pics attached). I got it while living in Venezuela in 1971, stopped using it a few years later. It was supposed to be a good razor, probably not premium. I really loved the shave. It's an ERN, which has received positive reviews here. I just wondered if anyone could give me more details about the particular model I have. The white powder is talc, I've always kept talc in my sleeve and box. Thanks!

Sorry, just saw that the pictures are upside down.
