This morning I had an all around fantastic shave. I realized that part of my success was due to brewing up some coffee before my shower, so that once I lathered up my face I could sip on my coffee and let the lather sit on my face for a couple minutes before beginning my first pass. I really felt prepared. Plus, the almond scent of Cella with my coffee was a great combination!

I use coffee as part of my routine for every shave as well. It just adds to the relaxing part of it all for me.
No inadvertent sip of cella off the lather under the nose?
Ah, no. I have a mustache/goatee combo, so no lather ever really gets anywhere near my mouth itself... which is good, I've heard Cella does not taste anywhere near as good as it smells.
For me Coffee is part of my toutine too.Mornings when i wake up the first thing i do is make me some coffee.Sitting in the kitchen,sipping coffee and read the newspaper.Great start in every day.I enjoy my coffee neither with caramel or with almond sirup.Really fantastic!!!

It is dangerous for me to attempt a shave before I've had my first two cups of coffee . . . I've found it better to be awake for the shave!!

I keep a mustache/goatee also... and I liked the smell of DR Harris Arlington so much I lather up there anyway just to enjoy the scent. I shave before showering now, so I just leave it there until I actually get in the shower.
I usually wait till after my shave for the coffee. I love coffee and will continue to drink it, but it makes me a little jittery, so I prefer the steadier pre-coffee hands.
I wouldn't say it's a permanent part of my routine, but I will sometimes bring coffee or a nice quality beer to sip in between passes....often with some tunes playing in the background.
Alarm goes off at 5 and I put on my slippers to head downstairs to make coffee and take care of the dog. 5:15 I am back upstairs at my sink ready to start the shave routine. I have inadvertently dripped some coffee in my shave bowl or gotten a little lather in my coffee but I can't say it enhanced either.
I almost always have a cup of coffee on the sink while I am shaving.
I can see a line of shave lather flavored coffees as a business opportunity...

I also enjoy a cup of coffee with my shave, but it has to be decaf. I cut almost all caffeine from my diet a couple of years ago. Now regular gives me the shakes.
I hear that, coffee is a natural thing to accompany the shave.
Tea is part of my morning shave routine. I did not realize how big a part it was until Monday. I was out tea and everything just felt wrong I keep looking to the spot I keep my cup, only to be disappointed that it was not there.

I have a mustache, so there's no lather issues there. I'm thinking I'll lather up some Col Conk Almond tomorrow before having my first cup.
