What razor (new not vintage) should I use for a beard that is kicking my razors ***. I"m using a 38c with Gillette 7 o'clock yellows, derby's and feathers. WTG, XTG, and ATG twice to get a close shave. Thanks

A Futur would have a bit more heft than the 38C.

Regular HD or HD Slant are pretty good choices, but....
.....I think your best bet would be to focus on beard prep rather than a specific type of razor. I think pretty much any razor with a blade you feel is sharp/comfortable enough to use will get the job done and get it done well, if your prep is spot on. Without proper prep, I don't think any razor is gonna do what you're looking for.

If you are looking for a vintage razor, you might want to try a gillette red tip or a gillette adjustable (slim or fat boy) on a high setting. The Fat Boys tend to be a bit high these days, but you can still find a slim in good shape for a good price.

I'd also recommend a Futur. Great razor and you can dial it up to an amazingly aggressive level.
