Cleaning Schick Injector Type M

Hi All,

Just got 1 of these in the mail. There is some rust on the head between where the razor sits and bottom part of the clamp. Anyone know how I should clean this?

What I did was soak mine for a while in Scrubbin' Bubbles (a foaming bathroom cleaner, must be some Australian equivalent). I opened up the head a bit by inserting an injector key without injecting a blade, then just scrubbed it with a toothbrush. The rust should just be residue from a blade, sitting on the head, and should clean right off.

Pipe cleaners are also good for getting into crevices on these. Just don't actually bend anything.
