I just scored a E-4 1959 Fat Boy for a great price on eBay! When it gets delivered, I want to clean it up and sterilize it. What it the best way to thoroughly clean the internals and entire razor WITHOUT disassembling it?

A low power jewelry sonic cleaner.
Soap and hot water.
I'm interested in purchasing one of these. What is your definition of "Low Power"?
+1 for this. If the TTO is balky, several long soaks in warm water and dish liquid will loosen it up and get any gunk out. After that, it is toothbrush and perhaps brass brush to clean nooks and crannies then some polishing with Maas or Simichrome. Look around the forum, there is lots of information on cleaning.
If it helps, my ultrasonic cleaner generates 42,000 Hz and is made for jewelry and eyeglasses.

Thanks for all of the advice everyone! I'll try the dish soap and water soaks first, along with a good cleaning in the dishwasher. I'll post before and after pics. The razor should arrive tomorrow. So we'll see what happens.
Do they remove the number paint?
