I believe those are the perfect cigar smoking pants.

I like them because they're glorified pajamas and comfy. But the hounds tooth because they hide stains really well. Black shows flour and dust. These guys you have to look for the sauce and grease stains on them. Quite a few have some fountain pen ink on the.....
Also like the hounds tooth because it helps breakup the boring pattern of black shoes, pants coat (usually gray), black hat. Give me some pop without having peppers or flames or donut patterned pants so I guess I'm showing flair without doing more than expected and just enough to get a second glance from the bosses
