Had a Tabak Corona Negra cigar -

and somehow I managed to snap a black & white shot of the cigar as well, which I thought looks pretty cool in a vintage sorta way

Yesterday was a chance to try the lighter (and creamy) cousin to the Tabak Corona Negra cigar, the Dulce -

Being a relatively new cigar smoker I have to say I still appreciate the Dulce more than the Negra. I especially like the Drew Estate Tabak Especial Cafe Con Leche which is a hybrid of the two but they are relatively hard to come across around me.

It's been months since my last smoke. Just a mini Camacho this evening with a dram of GlenDronach Batch 8 Cask Strength.

This afternoon's weather was gloriously sunny so I decided what better choice than a cognac-flavored Hawaiian Breeze Maui cigar. And this one had quite the wrappings to be removed before I could light it up -

Thankfully, the ribbon and label came off without damaging the leaf wrapper.

Beautiful spring day today.

I just picked one up from my local shop. I usually read some notes on sticks before I buy but I got it on the whim and hope it will be tasty. Depending on the wind and fishing on Sunday I'll find out for myself.
