Very nice workmanship of a piece of maple wood. I grew up with forests of maple around me & never thought of brush handles but instead it was maple syrup and hunting.

That has some beautiful flame to it. That sure is an amazing tree. And you have and continue to reveal it's beauty in spectacular ways. I'd love to see a video of that one turning slowly in good light to see the flash of the grain.
