Christmas Croap - BSG Christmas Cannons

Been awhile since I used Blackship Grooming Co's products, but the title intrigued me. I'm normally not a fan of croaps/creams, but BSG makes a slick and protective one (and this one is their new base), and a little goes a long way. Fragrance notes are described as "snow-covered pine and cranberries," "winter berries and ozone." Probably. The most forward note is definitely pine/fir/balsam, but not overwhelming, and actually pretty mute on AS drydown (and the AS is also slightly menthol, with protective aloe vera so not exclusively an alcohol splash). The soap definitely has a "foodie" note that I found hard to place, but - and I'm not kidding - reminiscent to me of roast turkey, among other fragrances wafting around (the previous berry notes). It's a nice holiday scent, and they have several others I'm tempted to sample now.
