I started off with the blade loaded in another Gem razor and noticed it wasn't shaving too well. I thought it was my technique because I took a long break from using SEs to use DEs but it was terrible. The razor wasn't holding the blade correctly and kept sliding up as I shaved, no wonder. Changed razors, much better.

Intermezzo after a small, but persistently bleeding cut:

- Witch Hazel

Final:
- Aqua Velva Musk (I do like that scent)

Didn't need to shave today, but I wanted to try some new stuff I got in the mail. Love lather and menthol in the white tub Proraso. Prefer Clubman over Special Reserve. Just did one pass on five. Not BBS but absolutely no irritation and I look clean shaven. Good day gents!

Opal badger brush Tabac Drakkar Noir aftershave balm (nearly empty now, it was included with a gift pack) Drakkar Noir edc to finish off. 3 passes, Smooth sailing, ready for the festivities! No shaving stuff from Santa this year, but I ordered myself some Arko finally. Looking forward to giving this a try, and having a use for my shave stick container.
