Chemex brew stalling

I was able to get it down to 4:30, from first drop of the bloom to last drip of the filter (before I pulled it out; it probably would have dripped a few more times, but it was "done").

It's just WAY coarser than I would have thought (though the coffee comes out nice and strong).
