Nice haul! TTO and those dispensers are the peak of shaving technology...tools for men, before eveything went plastic.

for some reason the Gillette 10 super blue blades dispenser reminds me of a race car.
I just got a Feather artist RG and some Pro blades yesterday. Great shave, and I still have most of my skin left.
I picked up these kids recently... my first foray into SE. I had seen these "Million Dollar" razors around and thought they were the bee's knees. Looks like I have to wait a little bit to get the special feather blades for her though (it came with all of the instructions, now I just need to find the strop it comes with). I tried a Gem with a vintage blade that came in the box with unsatisfactory results, so I am on the hunt for a good SE blade as well. (Also if anyone knows anything about possibly dating the Gem, I would appreciate some info). Whenever I'm looking at shaving things on the bay, I wonder if it is someone from here that is the seller....

It's a Wilkinson 7 days set, with just one blade (Monday) in very good condition. I would love to have other blades for it, but they are veeeery hard if not impossible to find :'( The strop is missing as well, but I guess I can manage. Can't wait to get it cleaned and stropped and try it !

I've got a Merkur 11c open comb heading my way. Nice score on the slim adjustables and blades.
Very cool. I have one in the mail on it's way as well. Where did you manage to find one? Mine was listed here on the BST, but I'd not seen any others recently here.
How are those blades for you? I got some a while back and they are useless to me.

I just got into this recently and just got a big haul (over several days). I got a Gillette Super Adjustable with long handle (Black Beauty) DE razor, a Gillette non-adjustable razor, 100 Astra DE blades, a Union Cutlery "Spike" straight edge razor, a 12 pack of Van Der Hagen shaving soap and some wooden blanks for making straight razor scales.

To be honest with you I was not really planning on using the blades. I just thought they looked really cool and I like the dispensers that they came in. Eventually I may test drive one of them, but not in the immediate future. I'll let you know what I think of them if I ever do, though.
Found it on ebay and followed it for 3 days before I pulled the trigger on it. They are becoming as rare as hens teeth it seems. Can't wait until it arrives.
Yeah, they are discontinued by Merkur a little bit ago. I was lucky and a member here had one on the BST that no one snagged up for a week, so I was able to grab it. Thought for sure it would have sold fast here well before I could secure the funds. lol I got very lucky.
