Cheap Feathers in Bulk?

I was wondering which vendors sell Feathers at the lowest prices. I have tried (and re-tried) quite a few other razors, but Feathers and English Wilkinsons seem to be the only two razors that my face can handle. Any suggestions?

Yes, it was difficult to aim so low, but I am trying to do a better job budgeting. It might be very difficult to resist ordering more once the shipment arrives.

I could very well be wrong, but from what I have read, the black package is simply the new product packaging for Feather blades. Maybe someone more experienced will chime in as well, but that seems to be the consensus from various posts.
