Changing forum watch from No Email to Email?

I have a forum I am watching, without email notification. I decided I wanted to watch it with email notification. The only way I could think to do that was to Unwatch it, then Watch it, checking the box to send emails this time.

But when I re-watch the forum, it just offers me a Watch button. No chance to set options for the Watch.

Is there another way to accomplish this?

Choose preferences under your account settings. Then under the Content Options header, check the boxes next to "Automatically watch content you interact with…" and "and receive email notifications"
