Ceramic Razobrite Bath

I found this.

I need to clean it up. I really don’t know what it is, but it looked cool. Can you tell me anything about this?

A sanitizer for razors. You would use alcohol or barbicide. Just don't let the razor sit too long in the "bath". Kinda cool

More likely a way to keep your razor and carbon blade immersed in alcohol to prevent the blade rusting. Mine has been a decorative item up until now, but I've been using carbon blades with my Shake-Sharp and I think I'll try this to keep the corrosion away.
