I picked up some the CareOne blades from Hannaford's super market for $1.99 a pack, 10 blade old style dispenser made in Germany. Any idea who manufactures the blades? I've only got 2 shaves under a blade, so far very smooth.

+1! That would also be my best guess. Personna makes many/most ‘store’ brand blades.
Store Brands/Private Label blades:

Here's another vote for Personna. They should provide a nice smooth shave, enjoy!
Nice to see some more blades getting out there in the stores. Cheap as well.
