Did you try contacting them first to see why your brush is taking so long to ship, before coming here to blast them publicly? Also, you do realize vintagescent.com is shipping out of Portugal, right?
The guy who runs Vintage Scent is "Leon" here on B&B, a well-respected vendor, and I'm sure he'd do his best to resolve any shipping issues if you'd give him a chance.

To me it didn't really read like he was complaining. I think you kind of made an issue where there didn't seem to be one.
I changed the OP to be less accusatory, but I admit that it was at first. The shipping delay was going on 5 days, which is unacceptable to me. However, I have found Bruno at VintageScent.com to be extremely helpful and prompt in responding to inquiries since I made that post, so all is well.
He claims it takes 7-10 days for an item from Portugal... can anyone attest to this?
Not to pick a fight, but I have yet to find a merchant here that speaks with a forked tongue. They are gentlemen and if I were them, I would resent you're implying that they are less than candid.
I can understand your angst but international shipping is, to be kind, a work in progress. I can tell you that my Semoque brush was worth the wait. I know that if I didn't have other brushes and it was me who was waiting to use such a nice razor, I would probably pick up a VDH brush from CVS and get to work.
That's why I can't remember how long it took to get my Semogue brush. The trick is to keep ordering things so that you maintain a steady stream into your mailbox
