Can you spot the defect in my new AEG Dundees?

So I just got my new Allen Edmonds Dundee's in burgundy cordavan.

This is the first pair of shoes that I have gotten from the shoebank, that I could see what the defect was. I should note that this is the third pair of shoes that I have purchased from the shoebank.

Can you find the defect in my shoes? Well worth $300 off in my opinion. And I should note that these shoes are well worth the money in my humble opinion. Built like a tank.

If you can't tell, I find the shoebank to be money well spent.

I see a very minor defect. Nothing to be of concern IMO.
Looks like you did well.

Is this the said defect with the stray stiching?

If it chafes your ankle, you could probably fix the stitching or wear thick socks. $300 off is a great deal

That's a sweet deal. I have a pair the older Dundee in brown shell - about as solid a shoe as you can get!
