Can You Recognize This Razor?

The other day I emailed several old friends about my return back to wetshaving and asked them if they have saved their old razors. One of them emailed me a picture of two razors that he will be sending me soon. The one on the right is Gillette 1973, but I can't recognize the other one. My friend told me he doesn't remember anything about it. There are not any letters or digits on it and the razor is not made of steel - it doesn't attract magnet.
Any idea what kind of razor is this?

Not a clue, but it's definitely interesting. The checkering on the sections of the handle look similar to the pattern on a Slim Adjustable, but it's not a Gillette. They quit making open combs before WWII.

If I had to guess, I'd say Russian manufacture. You'll know more when you get it in your hands and can look for yourself as to any markings it has.

No markings. Isn't it very fine to be Soviet made? My guess is DDR (East Germany), because sometimes they didn't put markings.
