Based strictly on images, can you help me date this combination set?

Hello,

my guess is 1913-1915. The silver patch appeared around 1913, most likely after the 5 USD patch, the vesta cases were changed to cardboard ones (in combination and 460 sets) around 1915.
The brush has no Gillette marking?
Wonder if this was a "British", Canadian or US set.

The lining on the lid is a different material from my other sets too. It's puzzling. Some of the early ads and catalogue images really make the flap look more like the 1909 image from the catalogue instead of the silk screened flap from 1913-15. I do agree the brush should be the Gillette stamped ferrule without the text on the base.
