If the pitting is bad all along the bevel moving up, it could very well be a minefield of microchipping

It looks dubious. If you already own the razor then it would be worth trying. If you're looking to buy the razor to restore then I'd pass on it.

I see pitting all along the edge. Looks like a thin grind. I'd pass.
When you have thin grinds that have pits at the bevel, if you have a few deep pits but they aren't clustered, you can usually work around them as you live with it, when you have that continuous corrosion, the metal is usually really compromised.
