Can I make these boots work?

Hi all,

For Christmas my parents gave me a new pair of boots. They don't know I am trying to adjust my style, and they don't have a lot of money, so this was what they could make happen for me. What do you all think? Could I make these work with different outfits? Dark jeans or chinos?

I love my slip-on boots, very convenient. They're a little more dressy than my IRs so I generally wear them with jeans and an untucked dress shirt or dressed down chinos, uncreased and with an untucked polo or tee.

Those will definitely work with jeans or chinos. Your parents choose well. Enjoy them.
