Cannot find emporio Armani he, it was discontinued in 2004. Cannot find it in states anywhere, I bought my husband the splash but I love the aftershave balm... The folks at Armani in newyork said look overseas for it, I would be happy to pay double the cost just to make my husband happy.. Gift sets are where I was told I might find it, please if anyone knows where or who has a bottle willing to talk I would very much appreciate it!!!! Email is [email protected]. 

I usually only see these things in gift sets.
The good news is that with Father's Day approaching you will probably see department stores stocking up on such gift sets.
Another option is to check on eBay.
And the third option is a scent-free balm followed with the cologne of his choice.

Another way to keep an eye on ebay if it ever shows up there is to save a "search" on your account and they send you an email if it shows up. Also, some of the fragrance places encourage sending them requests and they would look for it for you also. I have never done that, but tell them you'll pay twice the suggested price and they might be motivated to check their sources.
You might check with The Perfume House in Portland, Oregon. They list "Armani Emporio Il" as one of the scents they carry. I presume that's the same as "Emporio Armani He." Whether they still have it, and whether they have the a/s balm, I have no clue. But it can't hurt to ask.
