I'm very fond of just about every style of scotch (with Islays being some of my favourites) but ... I've never been able to develop a fondness for Bowmore.

I'm very fond of just about every style of scotch (with Islays being some of my favourites) but ... I've never been able to develop a fondness for Bowmore.
It is quite different from the other Islays.
That's for sure!
This will sound bizarre, but it reminds me of some vintages of Glenrothes, hands down my favorite Speyside.
