Calling all Trac2 and Atra men...

Today I was shopping with the wife at Harmon and saw the Harmon brand Trac2/Atra cartridges. These are an all in one cartridge that can slide on to a Trac2 handle or click into an Atra handle.
I picked one up and Im going to give them a whirl this weekend.

These could be the Dorco blades that are sold through Dollar General and other outlets. Check to see if the package says made in Korea. If it does, then they are Dorco blades.

Yes they are made in Korea so I guess they really are Dorco blades. They arent that bad. I might also go look at the Wilkinson ones.

These blades are so-so in the Trac II and terrible in the Atra, in my opinion. Actually, in the Trac II they feel fine on the face. Problem I had with them is that they always fall off the tracks because they don't fit right. On the Atra they're terrible. They pivot wrong, and it makes the Atra very strange indeed. Definitely worth the extra money for the Wilkinsons or the Personnas, if you're going to use a cartridge razor. YMMV.

Soso is a good way of describing them lol. I have great results with the Personna carts
