When I backpack, I usually take black tea for the caffeine, but I have made cowboy coffee too. gritty. This little gadget may be the thing:

Still have to pack in/out paper, but the filters can be cleaned and reused.

Tommy Lee Jones is the pitchman for this canned coffee in Japan. I don't understand the adverts, but they are oddly interesting.

No, but thanks for that hint. Just watched a 30+ year old commercial staring Charles Bronson. And their modern hair care ads are more strange.

Starbucks bought Teavana and its ~300 stores for $620 million today. For all the Teavana fans here 
no need to become sad as Mr. Schultz says all the stores will remain in place and in fact plans to expand outside the mall and into the neighborhood. That the Tevana brand will remain and not be mixed in with the Tazo brand inside Starbucks.
