(Sorry if this has been covered before, but) I looked at the store locator on the Crabtree & Evelyn site and it lists locations as gold, silver & bronze purveyors. Is C&E the Amway/Quickstar of body potions?

No, it just refers to the level of merchandise carried by shops other than those that are company-owned stores.
