Does anyone know of a good place to buy DE Blades in bulk, like around 1000-3000 blades? Instead of worrying about blades being discontinued, I'd like to just buy enough to last me forever.

Red Personnas are my brand. 
I have contacted a German manufacturer about a bulk buy. It has only been a couple of days since I contacted them. I am working to get there minimum amount purchased reduced. We are only 50,000 blades apart. Confident we will find a number we can agree on.

100,000 blades?? Even if I was very wastefull and used a blade only once, I could still shave every day until I was almost 300 years old!

Well, he shaves twice a day, so that halves the amount of time.
LOL! That is only for 1 blade model.
I say roughly about 300,000 blades.
I know, its a lot. It usually takes me about 5~6 shaves per blade. I am going to be old and still have left overs. JEJEJE.

If you are serious about having done this, how many blades do they want you to order?
Either you're planning on re-selling blades with these quantities or you can be certified for the loony bin. I usually have 100-300 blades and SWAMBO questions my sanity.
I did this with Astra SP. They are the only blade I use and I already had a bunch. However, after this recent talk about discontinuing the St. Petersburg Gillette blade brands now I really have a lot.
They can discontinue all they want now because I have enough to last my lifetime probably.
What is forever? You don't know if you will die tomorrow or 50 years from now.
Me I buy in bulk for the simple fact to justify the shipping cost, and with some places if you buy over $100 worth of stuff you get free shipping.
The only reason I don't buy 10 years worth of Feathers right now is, what if something even better comes out? What if I fall in love with another type of blade, and "divorce" the Feathers. I have almost 300 Feathers in the drawer , I think that will do for now.
Shop around, friend. There's more than one place that will give a reasonable price with free shipping for considabull less than a C-note!
