Buying Hard-to-find Blades (Kai)

Does anyone know a good place to buy Kai blades?

I just tried one this morning and loved it over my usual Astra blade. The problem is that Kai blades are hard to find at a decent price from a reputable dealer.

I like the blades but don't think they're better than Feathers. Razor Blades and More has them for $0.60 a blade but that's more than 2X the $0.27 I pay for Feathers.

That site also sells 10 Kai blades for $0.45 a blade. Not sure how they decide their pricing...

I especially like that the Kai blades have no glue on them. This is a huge benefit since the Astra blades I used have 4 large glue spots on each corner and I hated changing blades since the new one sticks to the wrapper and the old blade sticks to the razor.

I noticed that Feather blades have a little glue, and I think I will pay $0.18 extra to avoid the glue (at 3 shaves/week and 3 shaves/blade, that's $10/year).

Jason made me a great Japanese sampler pack way back when I started wet shaving.

Kai, I have to admit were not my favorites.

Next time I'm in Japan I'll be hunting DE Razors down. I'm sure there are a few more available. Kai is a popular shaving brand in Japan - like Gillette or something...

I bought some Kai's I bought from RB&M for my Feather SS. I find them smoother than Feathers but still not one of my top blades for me, so far. They will last several shaves longer than most and are absolutely very sharp.
