If you don't like the 99R because of its aggressiveness, stay away from the Pearl TTOs. They are aggressive both the closed and open comb

I have one butterfly safety razor, a Parker 99r. I like the butterfly style of safety razors, but don't really like the 99r due to it being so aggressive. Can anyone recommend a butterfly safety razor (any brand) that isn't so aggressive?

A vintage Gillette super speed is a butterfly. But as kelvin0683 said, you can also get an adjustable butterfly vintage. I have a Fatboy de razor that's adjustable. As well as you can get a slim. You can try eBay etc.
