Budget/Beginner Strop

If you want to really go cheap, any 2 to 3" strip of high quality leather will be more than good enough for a beginner strop. If you are handy you can customize it however you want.

Otherwise your selection are good, but for a beginner strop I would go even cheaper, a la the "poor man strop."
 
Star shaving also has a great beginner strop that is cheaper than the big daddy and perfect to learn on. I would get proficient with it, then go with the big daddy
 
Don't pay too much, believe me. Get a cheapie to start with, even if it's just a strip of tandy leather stretched and glued to balsa. You will cut it. I didn't think I would. I was wrong. lol

I was lucky enough to practice on a homemade paddle strop given to me by a friend first. Sandpaper is your friend, and can smooth out nicks. Just make sure you perfect your technique before you get a nice one.
